Promoter

This prize draw is organised and promoted by Network Britannia, Kimberley Road, Clevedon BS21 6QJ

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

This promotion is run across the Network Britannia group of companies.

How to Enter

To enter, simply place an order with us for any of our PVCu or Aluminium products (including windows, doors, conservatories and living spaces) before 23:59 on 30th September 2025.

All qualifying orders will automatically be entered into the draw.

No purchase necessary for entry: to enter without making a purchase, please send your full name, address, and contact details to: Network Britannia, OCTOBER PRIZE DRAW, Kimberley Road, Clevedon BS21 6QJ before the closing date.

Entries must be received by the closing date. Any entries received after this date will not be included within the draw. Network Britannia cannot be held liable for any postal delays as these are outside of it’s control.

The Prize

There is one overall prize of £1,500 in vouchers.
The winner can choose from £1,500 of Love2Shop, John Lewis & Partners or TUI vouchers.

No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

Draw and Winner Notification

The winner will be drawn at random on 3rd November 2025 from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Publicity Consent

By entering, all participants agree that, if selected as the winner, their name, likeness and photograph may be used by the Promoter for PR and promotional purposes across all marketing channels (including online, print, and social media) without further payment.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the draw and the award of the prize is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy & Data Protection

The Promoter will collect personal data (name, address, contact details) from postal entrants solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw.

Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent has been given.

Personal data relating to unsuccessful postal entrants will be securely deleted within 30 days of the prize draw taking place.

The winner’s details will be retained only as required by law and for publicity purposes (see Clause 6).
